I’m currently.a junior in HS. In December i had a meet and got 51.5 in the 400m, 2 mins flat for 800, and 4:17 for 1500m. In the start of Jan i did a 1500m time trial and got 4:12. I would only run 3-4 times a week and only 25-30 mpw. I also have never done much speed work or any reps faster than 65 for 400m in training. but I’m starting to include long runs and do faster sets. What times do you think would i be able to hit in April/may? Also which event do you think would be my best?
