Excellent, looks like, if you train correctly, pick the right program, and get lucky, you just might have the speed to be a solid 29:00 10k guy for the right mid-major D-I team. Hell, if you really play your cards right, you might dip under 29 and get into the field of 24 at nationals, depending on the year, which region you are in and the location of the meet! You could really help the team in Cross Country too! You just need to put your head down and start grinding out the miles! Good Luck, and plug on!!!
