Looking to gradually increase mileage from 60>70-75. I race 800,1k,mile, and the occasional 3k or 5k. My main concern is that having a super long long run isn’t very specific to Mid d racing, but was thinking about something like

W 12
T 8
F 10
S 8
S 14
This would be all in singles, although I’m not sure the Wednesday medium long run is necessary either. Could make that day, or Thursday or Saturday a double day
