If your college offers counseling appointments, take advantage of it. A lot of the top athletes do this - it’s not weak, it’s smart. Try to get more sleep. Volunteer - donate blood, soup kitchen, coach a team, etc. Helps you think outside yourself and get your mind off it. Life is long, one day you’ll look back on this and it won’t feel as big as it does now. And if you do social media, spend less time on it. People love to fake how great their lives are. Take a few long runs in the most calming nature you can find helps too.
