Whenever I do a workout I normally feel pretty good but after easy runs, I always feel really tight and sore, I foam roll and do mobility for my hips and glutes but still feel like trash. Every time I do glute bridges, clamshells, hip raises, etc. My legs are always wrecked from it. I am not sure what to do, I went and got a massage and I am still very sore.

Too much easy running? Stop glute bridges, clamshells, hip raises,etc for some time to see if it will make it better for you.

Too much easy running? Stop glute bridges, clamshells, hip raises,etc for some time to see if it will make it better for you.
I run like 55 miles a week,
Monday- 50mins
tuesday- Workout
Wed- MLR(65)
Thurs- 50 mins
Friday- Workout
Saturday- Long run
Sunday- 30 mins

Take a meal with a lot of protein within 30 min after your run and drink a big glass of milk. Do this daily for a week and report. Ah, do not forget to stop alcohol and drink plenty of water.

Probably medium long run at 65 minutes.
Do strength stuff like bands the same day as workouts. Preferably after the workout.
Keep the easy days all easy stuff.
