I know HH gets a lot of flack for his weak Novice plans, but what does LR think about his other plans? I'm about to start training for my first marathon. I'm currently doing 30-35MPW base building with a 10-mile long run. His Intermediate 2 plan seems decent enough, it starts at 26MPW and tops out at 50MPW with 19-20-20-20 mile long runs. The Monday + Friday rest days fit in perfectly with my lifting routine as well. Any feedback or alternative suggestions in my case? Thanks guys.
