Sure, Greg, you are the only person with autism who has excellent social skills. Diminished social skills and difficulty understanding tone are things that are key to people with autism. I do not need to know you in "real life". I see how you interact with people here. I have seen your angry and defensive YouTube videos. You are quickly triggered and defensive and you go to projection almost immediately when someone disagrees with you. None of that shows excellent social skills.
I'll not comment to you again on your social skills (not in this thread), but dude, they are not excellent. They are not "fine". Below average is what they are...and again, that is understandable and ok. I do not judge you for it...but I WILL tell you the truth.
Excellent may be a stretch but I am confident in social situations, period. I have 0 stress or anxiety about being in any social situation. I am comfortable in my skin being around strangers. I am just as comfortable being quiet as I am engaging in conversation.
flagpole there's no need to always try and peg me down a notch but it's a consistent theme for you.
Anything is say, you seem to want to go out of your way to try and peg me down a notch.
A few examples:
-I talked about retirement, you had to make a big deal about it and said I had no business talking about it. Well, I can still talk about retirement if I want. It shouldn't be a big deal for you but it is.
-Piano playing, you arrogantly believe you have the same level of musicanship as myself despite having no training to back up this claim. Sure you are a musician but you can't say you have learned the same quality of music when you haven't. You play pop music in bands. I've done that myself.
I've also played a lot of challenging classical music which you haven't. You also suggest your neighbour at age 7 is a superior musician to me. That made me kind of laugh. No I'm not the same musician I was at my peak but a 7 year old would have to have excellent abilities to play what I spent a large portion of my life working on. I just don't buy your bogus claim because it's you sounding ignorant.
-BLM. I said it should be ok to say All Lives Matter without having any ill intentions towards black people. You then claim I'm a racist for this statement. Get overyouself, I am not a racist.
All lives matter. Does that bother you? If so, get help.
I could probably find other examples but I don't want to because I should sleep.
Flagpole just realize you are 1 guy in Ohio who is opinionated. You don't have anything over me and your opinions don't carry a lot of weight. You come across to me as quite odd being well into middle age, supposedly happily married with hobbies and full time work to boot yet spending enormous amounts of time on this site.
That's all it is Flagpole. If you want to spend your life arguing with me that is sad.
I think you should just give up the arguing and maybe practice piano more or spend more time with your wife. You are unlikely to convince me of very much because your arrogant tone is predictable and a turn off.
