What mile time can an average 20 year old male with no training reach after a month of training?

Depends on how much buffalo he eats.

Depends on a lot of things like weight.
The average American man 20 years old and up weighs 197.9 pounds . The average waist circumference is 40.2 inches, and the average height is just over 5 feet 9 inches (about 69.1 inches) tall.
So my guess is maybe 10 minutes if he is lucky.

This is a David45 thread, but a simple Google search will give an approximate answer:
https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/police/CooperStandards.pdf50th percentile: 56.0 300m, 11:58 1.5 mile for males in their 20s
https://gilmore.gvsd.us/documents/Info/Forms/Teacher%20Forms/Presidentialchallengetest.pdf50th percentile: 7:04 mile for 17 year old boys

Great idea.
Depends if he has Chinese neurosis or not.
How fat is this untrained person?
If you take 20 random dudes im saying their avg mile is 7:15.
Is this a troll thread? Serious question. People start these sorts of threads all the time, and I have to believe at this point that everyone knows there is no real answer to your question. And yet there are always people on let’s run to take the bait. Why, I ask?

Wait what? The average American male is 5 foot nine and weighs 198 pounds? My gosh, he would practically roll down the street! How is that possible? I question those numbers
a time around 8:david45 , i'd say
stay hard
8:30
With an average BMI, 8:30-9:00. With a healthy BMI, 6:00-6:30
Too bad I am injured
9 minutes.

The weight is certainly skewed because of how mass increases in relation to height (ones a 1 dimensional measurement while the other you could say is more closely tied to volume).
Youd want to use the median weight if you want to get an idea of what the "average" ( 5'9") male actually weighs. Its still fat, but its not as ridiculous as 5'9" 200lbs. That's just a misrepresentation of the data.
It looks correct.

Fine, then why am I even asking the question?
