Hey Mr Fake PhD. Nobody uses the term "bro" anymore. Especially not PhDs.
If you are going to improve your English it would best not to imitate the vocabulary used in movies from the 1990s.
https://www.mandatory.com/fun/1043195-awesomely-outdated-phrases-of-the-90sWhatever it takes to convince yourself I do not have a PhD, right?
Is it that you think if you keep calling me 'Mr Fake PhD' it proves you are not a narcissist? I understand it can be hard to face the truth. I don't take it personally, its ok.

The statistics on black head coaches are shocking, except to the LRC racists. Everyone, except posters in this thread, know the NFL is a systemically racist institution. Black bodies being abused for the benefit of white supremacy.

However calling the players slaves is absurd.
It's not racist, it's not intentional, just hire the best people for the Head coaching job. Just like you hire the best guy for the cornerback job. As more blacks get into coaching there will eventually be more black head coaches, might just take a while.

What a naive little world these trust fund kids live in. Born on third base; think they hit a triple. "Best people," LOL!
Who do you think would make a better coach, the guy that can run 4.2 in the 40, or the guy that scores 48 on the discriminatory Wonderlic test? Who would you put in charge of the administration of a multi-billion dollar organization with over two dozen coaches, hundreds of staff members, 53 players, etc.: The guy that can bench press 28 reps, spent a lot of time playing video games, left college with a C average and a handful of credits towards a degree in some BS major, or the guy that graduated with a degree, was the son of a coach, and went from college and paid his dues as an assistant?
or
I don't believe that the ratio of black coaches should necessarily be any higher than the ratio of blacks in the general population, as there is not an advantage or disadvantage one way or the other over an individual from any other race with regards to coaching (obviously there is a physical advantage in playing the game). Over the past twenty-two seasons, there has been an average of 4.7 black head coaches in the NFL (14.8%) which is higher than their representation in the general US population. In terms of performance, black head coaches have a 1002-977-7 regular season record, a 31-51 post season record and a 2-2 record in Super Bowls. They have slightly exceeded expectations in the regular season (slightly above .500) and have slightly underperformed in the post season (below .500 record in playoff games, with 82 playoff appearances out of 85 expected and 4 super bowl appearances with about 8 expected). Truth be told, they have performed about the same as any other coach would be expected to perform. I don't know that they necessarily inherit worse jobs either. Some have inherited Josh Rosen, others have inherited Peyton Manning.
Because athletics is still based on meritocracy, unlike so many other areas of society.
I'm sure there are plenty of great black coaches out there, just as there are plenty of great white coaches out there as well. The skills required to be a great coach are not the same as the skills required to be a great player. The ratio of black coaches in the NFL over the past twenty years has been slightly above their composition of the general US population, so I don't know that there is really much of a bias in hiring coaches in the NFL. And are some of the great black coaches you speak of necessarily great coaches, or do they simply have better athletes? I coached coed rec soccer for a number of years before I started coaching competitive girls' soccer. The organization I coached for would overwhelmingly fill my roster with girls (with a few boys thrown in). In almost every game we played, we were at a physical disadvantage, but often times we would win because we were better coached. This past weekend we beat a competitive boys' team in a 5v5 tournament, not because we had better athletes (We didn't. The boys were bigger, faster and stronger.), but because we were more dynamic off the ball and fundamentally sound on defense.

Why doesn't the fake woke mob complain about the lack of white players in the league, especially at running back and defensive back? Agenda.
SMH......What is holding back any white person from playing any position? Nothing. Maybe it has to do with speed.
Apparently there is little to no gratitude for the white dude who invented football, the white dudes who grew the game in the late 1800s, and the white dudes who started the NFL.
SMH....the general population has never played football at the highest collegiate or pro level and don't have an intimate knowledge of how to lead an NFL team. Most of the people at that level are black.....and have been for over a generation (25 years). So it would make sense for many of them to matriculate into coaching the game at its highest level, since they are the ones who know it and played it at the highest level for generations.
In the next 3 weeks I expect at least 3 black head coaches hired.
People should be given the same opportunity to succeed and fail. It makes no sense to watch black coaches get fired from poor teams after one year while white coaches are given the chance over and over again.
The lack of black college coaches isn't a factor. In most sports, coaches do not transition from college to the pros; they start as assistants and move up.
Players and other coaches have an idea who the best assistants are which is why they're often angry when these coaches don't get an opportunity.

Yeah...It's cultural appropriation....I'm offended.

Show that you have the ability to lead an organization. That is the big requirement for the job, not the ability to play a friggin game. Some people just don't get it.
