Most normal people won't any desire to be in a position of power because they are not mentally ill. Why you think it is some kind of insult or way to dismiss others who are not in positions of power shows you are quite possibly suffering from similar mental illnesses. I would advise you to seek therapy to deal with possible narcissistic personality disorder.
Is English your first language? If not, I would advise you to seek out ESL classes. If English is your first language? I would suggest you seek out help from A PERSON IN A POSITION OF POWER as their English will without a doubt be better than yours. Good luck.
I have a PhD, I imagine my English is just fine.
The statistics on black head coaches are shocking, except to the LRC racists. Everyone, except posters in this thread, know the NFL is a systemically racist institution. Black bodies being abused for the benefit of white supremacy.

"The elderly, white, Republican owners aren't discriminating; they're are just hiring the people best suited for the job!" The thing many people in this thread are hinting at but don't have the balls to say outright is that black people aren't smart or qualified enough to be head coaches of a sports ball team. Because what black person could possibly match the genius intellect of coaching masters like Joe Judge, Adam Gase, Urban Meyer, Mike McCarthy, Matt Nagy, Vic Fangio or Jon Gruden? You f*cking morons.

No you don't, but you can always "imagine".

It is shocking and no doubt racist. However calling the players slaves is absurd.

Do you know the story of Haiti? Haitians were the first free Black people in western hemisphere. Other nations were not comfortable in the manner in which Haitians gained their freedom. Nations refused to trade with Haiti. How do nations truly grow their economy? Net exports &/or net banking advantage like Switzerland. Poster, literally put your money where is your mouth. Deposit $100,000 in a bank physically in Haiti. Encourage your friends & family to do the same.
Why yes. In 1804 Haitians slaughtered all their white people. At some point, one has to look inward to cure their problems, not blame the world.
Every business owner wants to make as much money as possible. NFL owners want to make as much as possible. They hire many more blacks to play than whites because they don't care about skin color. Coaches have way more impact on the outcome than an individual player does so of course the owners will hire the best person for the job regardless of skin color. It is ridiculous to think otherwise. If you think one guy will make you $500 million richer, you are going to hire him.

Also, you may be aware that "If English is your first language? " is not a question. Usually not the best tactic to attempt attacking someones English while making such simple mistakes yourself.
I wish you all the best with your mental illnesses.

Is that from your English as a Second Language book? Nice! Very impressive!

Most coaches never played in the N.F.L. so that percentage, as well as the other 30%, is irrelevant. Most coaches start an assistant in college and go on from there. I believe that any NFL team will hire the guy that they think will help the team win so if there is racism, it's occurring at the college level.

Given the absurdly unprofessional conduct and idiotic play calling/personnel decisions from guys like Gruden, Meyer, O'Brian, Judge, Gase, Nagy, Fangio, Zimmer, etc., etc., etc., what's ridiculous is believing that NFL owners and GMs are actually selecting the best people for the job. Obviously, they are not.
Interesting that you think I would care to impress you. Because you are the center of universe, right narcissist? Guess I had you pegged quite well.
