The way it should be.

NFL down to zero white cornerbacks
No White N.F.L. cornerbacks is not the fault of N.F.L. Surely there are still White cornerbacks in Pop Warner. Surely on Alaska, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming high school football teams there are White cornerbacks. When coaches tell White cornerbacks in high school or college that they will be switched to safety or another position, are White cornerbacks holding strong and refusing to switch positions? That's what it takes. Eg. Jeff Black, a southern Florida guy was a high school QB. All the big schools in Florida recruited Blake but told Jeff Blake he was going to be switched to safety. Blake refused to switch positions. Blake became starting QB for E.C.U. then had about a 12 year N.F.L. career. In regard to no White N.F.L. cornerbacks, get mad at high school and college coaches. It is not the fault of N.F.L.

Go ahead and check the statistics. You will find I am not wrong.
Anyone in a position of power is mentally ill. It is not a normal state of being to hold power over another human. We evolved in egalitarian communities, if someone attempted to hold power over the community they would be killed or banished from the group.
there is definitely truth in powerful people being narcissistic. but that is just one trait it takes to get to the top, and im not sure whites have a monopoly there.

I'm sure the difference in coaching ability could be explained by some other attribute. Any proud boys wanna fill us in on the totally natural cause of this disparity?

The previous owner wanted to move the team to St Louis, Kraft kept the losing franchise in New England. The deal to move the team to Hatrfod fell through, you must be one of the few Boston area residents upset that he built a stadium and kept them in the area.
It didn't "fall through". Kraft reneged on his agreement with Hartford when MA caved into his extortion.
Why do you defend this guy?

You sound mentally ill or perhaps brainwashed. Im not sure which. But I am willing to bet that you are not in a position of power. And its not because you lack sociopathic or narcissistic tendencies. Its because you lack the mental capacity or fortitude to be in a position of power.

You don't think the club comprised of NFL owners is not filled with jerks?
I guess being educated is what you consider being brainwashed.

Now you're getting it
This is a legitimate beef because there are enormous numbers of smart, talented, hard working black players and coaches out there who would potentially make fine NFL coaches, and it's not as if many NFL players are not there in the first place because of the development they made in black-coached youth and high school football programs. Go out and look and you'll see thousands of successful black youth coaches teaching players who will become pros.
There are published numbers for the coaches and players but where does that data come from? Does every player and coach complete a survey? Tiger Woods is not black but people try to classify him that way.

What?
You're not in a position of power either, are you?
Must be racism.....
There are more white youth players than black youth players but there are more black NFL players.
For all the guys in the NFL, there are many more with as much talent who got lost on the way due to poor grades, involvement in drugs or crime, or even simple things like not following up on recruitment offers (for East Memphis athletes, this is documented in a ted talk of Malcolm Gladwell's, which he talks of a loss rate of most of the eligible players there because they are recruited but don't go to college). Physical advantages are not necessarily an advantage in coaching, but players don't get to the NFL solely through physical advantages. You have to want it, to know how to play, to adjust on the fly, to work hard, to be ruthlessly competitive, etc. Look at any youth team and you'll see that most of the players don't have any of those non-physical abilities. There are many, many great black coaches out there. The NFL is just not giving them a real chance as head coaches.

Most normal people won't any desire to be in a position of power because they are not mentally ill. Why you think it is some kind of insult or way to dismiss others who are not in positions of power shows you are quite possibly suffering from similar mental illnesses. I would advise you to seek therapy to deal with possible narcissistic personality disorder.

Do you know the story of Haiti? Haitians were the first free Black people in western hemisphere. Other nations were not comfortable in the manner in which Haitians gained their freedom. Nations refused to trade with Haiti. How do nations truly grow their economy? Net exports &/or net banking advantage like Switzerland. Poster, literally put your money where is your mouth. Deposit $100,000 in a bank physically in Haiti. Encourage your friends & family to do the same.

Is English your first language? If not, I would advise you to seek out ESL classes. If English is your first language? I would suggest you seek out help from A PERSON IN A POSITION OF POWER as their English will without a doubt be better than yours. Good luck.
