Since the weather has gotten colder my throat and mouth are way more dry. Whenever I breathe through my nose the top of my mouth starts to dry out. I am not sure what to do and this has happened 3 times in 4 weeks so I don't think it is sickness. I wake up and it goes away but sometime it hurts really bad. I know mouth breathing isn't very good either but I am not sure on what to do. Breathing through my nose makes my mouth and throat go super dry and hurt sometimes.
It’s probably the heating system in your house. Check the humidistat.
I dno where you live but this year is crazy dry in the air. I thought it was just me until it came up in conversation with some people and everyone else related. For me it's the inside of my nose drying out. I had never experienced that before this year
