none currently, unless you count hamstring bridges and other rehab exercises. after experiencing a lot of annoying soreness/tightness in my hips a couple years ago i was pretty diligent about following jay johnson's SAM routine. i kept it up for a few months and didn't really notice a difference TBH. i haven't done so much as a plank in months and it's been fabulous.
I don't do core. It is useless.

I do 2-3 mini core workouts a week and they take about 7 minutes per workout. My workout consists of a plank for a couple of minutes, then side planks on each side.
I also do hamstring curls on the stability ball 2-3 times per week so I guess that counts a little.
Core is one thing where you can get a lot of bang for the buck with just a short amount of time.
Why do you do hamstring curls? Injury?

Yes, I had a hamstring injury that lingered for a while. It's 100% now, but I continue doing the curls hoping that it will prevent further issues down the road.
Don't know about conclusive evidence that it is important for running. I don't stretch (did before). I don't do core (other than running and using the core when I lift in squates and deadlifts). One study tried to see if running performance dropped by checking before and after doing fatigue work for the core. No difference so the conclusion there was that a fatigued core did not translate into slower running.
For long term health I would recommend strength training for the whole body though, but specifically for running? I don't know. I hope someone can tell me I am totally wrong

Core work everyday is find as long as it is not interfering with your running workouts.
I have a dedicated core session maybe once every couple weeks. I’m a big believer that running is the best way to develop running specific core, and I do plenty of plyo and mobility which I’m sure helps.

I do a variation on this about 5 days a week:
