6 months ago I ran 2 or 3 times a week and ran a 5:58 1600m. Now I train everyday and ran a 4:38 1500m which equates to a 4:58 1600m as a freshman. What times will I be able to reach by the end of high school?

No idea. The rate of improvement for athletes varies based on the individual runner & how you train. Focus on training consistently, avoiding injury, & don't worry so much about what you could run.
Some people run 5:30 as a freshman and 4:30 as a senior, some people run 5:00 as a freshman and 4:15 as a senior, and some people run 5:00 as a freshman and 5:00 as a senior. There is no telling!
