Does anyone remember when the CDC, for many many years, defined a vaccine as: "A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease."
Now it's: "A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases"
lol the vaxxtards have been duped as usual
We were once told that the Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines were going to end this pandemic. At no time did the experts say “boosters” would be needed until they did say it. That is, the messaging wasn’t, “Get fully vaccinated and then get one or more additional shots.” The first people to tell us that boosters were needed were the Pfizer and Moderna CEOs…the very people whose companies stood to make millions with each round. Who knew what and when?
Now we are told that ending the pandemic was never the purpose of these vaccines. They were only intended to reduce chance of hospitalization and/or death. And the statistics suggest they do. So were we told a noble lie? Are there additional noble lies for which the curtain hasn’t been pulled back?
Now we have been told by the head of the NIAID and the President’s top COVID advisor that all US citizens are destined to get COVID. Safe but not that doesn’t sound very effective.
The sheep repeat the mantra that the science is changing and this is all to be expected. The vaccines are safe and effective…but the science behind that isn’t changing, right? The experts knew all along that one or more boosters would be required but waited to tell the sheep? But the safety is bullet proof? I hope so after getting the Pfizer injections (stopped at two).
At this point I’m going with probably safe but not so convinced they are effective. They don’t prevent infection or prevent transmission. And as the media rings the alarm that hospitals are filling up it seems that the vax/unvax stats don’t really matter. They are filling up. At least in the US. Asian and African hospitals seem to be ok.
The US leads the world in cases and deaths. And every day is a new record (at least since Biden took office the media finally dropped the ‘grim milestone’ lead in).
The US COVID response has been a failure by any measure. It is time for those that have led the response to openly acknowledge that. We need new management that is better able to solve problems, doesn’t tell us noble lies, and can accept that we aren’t going to vaccinate our way out of the pandemic.
Most importantly, we need to think for ourselves and demand better. Heck, the CDC just revised its mask guidance to tell us that an N95 is better than a piece of cloth. Any right minded individual has known that since we were told to wear a mask just under two years ago. C’mon man.
