Thalidomide was taken off the market by the mid 1960s . Long bow to compare something from 60 odd years ago . Without a Vax swine flu had a massive casualty rate but luckily was not as contagious compared to covid. If people aren't comfortable with the Vax then that's personal choice . I've personally weighed up the odds and will take my chances and continue to vax. At the end of the day if nature wants to win then it will.
12,500 people died from Swine Flu in the US and ~60,000,000 were infected. You can compare those numbers to the COVID numbers and see how wildly wrong you are.
This past month has seen both Birx and Fauci reappear in the media to promote COVID boosters. Mounting data and peer reviewed studies continue to show that those boosted are associated with greater cases, hospitalizations and...
In a recent study posted to the medRxiv* preprint server, researchers investigated the immune protection against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) natural reinfection.
Joe Biden got four covid shots & now has had covid for two weeks. These covid shots are such a scam. Drug companies have made tens of billions in profits — aren’t able to be sued — & their shots do virtually nothing to keep anyone from getting covid. May even make it more likely.
This might be a first! The German health ministry announced that 1 in 5,000 covid vaccination shots have resulted in serious illness, disability, or death. I think this is the first national health organization to publicly announce major vaccine damage.
Reading deeper in to the ministry's report, the injury risk is in 1 in 5,000 shots, not 1 in 5,000 individuals. Since most vaccinated people are double vaxxed and some are double boosted, the individual risk around 1 in 1,250 to 2,500.
Importantly, in the embedded link in the story below (translated from German), the article reports: ...side effects... such as heart problems... are NOT included in the figures. AND... it only includes cases REPORTED by doctors.
Thus, vaccine injuries could be MUCH higher. What if heart problems were included? What if Germany looked at newly diagnosed problems previously linked to the vaccine and not just on whether doctors reported them as "vaccine related"?
I've included this article as well. It's the second link below. My citation in italics is from paragraph two. You might have to translate it from German.
No one has admitted anything. The linked tweet from the health ministry is referring to something like VAERS - these are reported but unverified suspicions of negative side effects. If you read the thread of tweets released by the health ministry, you'll see that they announce their original tweet was badly formulated, and the risk of serious adverse events remains extremely low. Both the sites you linked to are antivax sites that are misconstruing one tweet, and the second one isn't even in German. It's in Dutch.
I read the tweet. The Bundesministerium reported "The reporting rate ans @PEI_Germany for serious reactions is 0.2 suspicious reports per 1,000 vaccine doses." Then, it requested that people with suspected adverse effects report them to their version of VAERS.
I'd say that's pretty definitive that serious side effects have occurred at the ratios I mentioned. What remains to be seen is: a) whether they are linked to the vaccine and b) how many similar adverse events have gone unreported.
I'd guess that some of "A" were unrelated. I'd further guess that tens of thousands of similar events have gone unreported. We have massive numbers of anecdotal reports in the US who say that they were told that their adverse event was unrelated to the vaccine and it was NOT reported to VAERS.
Every day, we're seeing another dozen or so articles that report adverse side effects from the vaccine. Here's a link for an ongoing list of articles. (No antivaxx commentary. Just links to articles.)

Everyone who has been vaxxed has gotten Covid at least once to my knowledge
zero vaccination here, no fake COVID at all. And I work in healthcare around "sick people". What a joke. No masking at work as the owners are smart enough not to buy this COVID nonsense. All my former coworkers (yeah I got fired at a big hospital) have boosters, now they have cardiac issues (3 of them) and had "COVID" multiple times. What a scam. I still remember all those duma$$ people coming in saying "its a pandemic of the unvaccinated". Gonna sue the goddamn hospital.

Well, read the next tweet, where it says "The reporting rate refers to all reports of suspicious events, which means that a report of a suspicious event does not yet confirm a causal connection with vaccination. Only a temporal connection is noted for now."
Then read the next tweet, where it says: "It remains important: The risk of a severe side effect after a Covid-19 vaccination is very low. More information on vaccination safety: [Link]
Then the final tweet: "In a tweet on July 20 [the date of the original tweet], there was an incorrect formulation with respect to the reporting of suspicious cases to the Paul Ehrlich Institute."
So it's the VAERS story all over again, plus the ministry saying that the wording in the first tweet was wrong, but that doesn't stop antivax sites from running with "German government admits vaccines cause harm."

My family of 5 has all been vaccinated. Only one kid got Covid twice, common cold-like symptoms present. His brother shares a room with him. We all share the house, of course. I don't know of vaccinated families where more than half the people got Covid. I know it happened, and probably regularly, but your anecdotal counts don't mean much. None of us had a reaction to the vaccine. I don't think Bill Gates needs chips in us when we are willing to come on here and say damn near anything.

Well, of course correlation doesn't prove causation. It proves that it's a concern and that you need more data. That's what the tweet asked for.
I don't follow this organization, but I did a search for parts of the phrase in the tweet you quoted and found this tweet. "The number of severe complications after vaccination against Sars-CoV-2 is 40 times higher than previously recorded by the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI)," a study with around 40,000 participants by the Berlin Charité concludes."
So, while I couldn't find the tweet in question, I found another tweet alleging that adverse events were being underreported.
It getting harder to ignore the reports of adverse events. Today, I counted the number of negative vaccine stories today on the compilation website I've linked to previously. Today, it has 21 negative stories. Yesterday, it was 13. It's pretty clear that serious adverse effects exist. We're just debating the percentage of adverse events.
Now, just to be clear, I'm okay with you ignoring all those stories. I'm okay with you getting vaccinated and I hope it works out for you.

Seems as if it should count for something, more than what the Corrupt System tells us.
Three of the 4 folks who live across the street from us are just recovering from Covid and all are fully vaxxed.
It is not credible that you don't know of vaccinated families where more than half the people got Covid

The vaxxed at my work are routinely sick with Covid or some other sniffle. I look forward to when people stop describing the symptoms of the common Covid cold to me as if it was the bubonic plague.
