Exactly...plus the speed & athleticism with the LBs & DBs. I think that score is just about right - definitely a shutout.

Tell that to should still be at Penn State Micah Parsons.
TONS....of rookies star day one the reason is the NFL is nothing they can't handle at all.
Pete Carroll:
" I was confronted with that at times [at USC], and the falsehood is to think that it could ever take place -- it ain't even close. Alabama's got a great team, and Nick is a fantastic coach, but when you match up the interior lines against NFL teams on either side of the ball, it wouldn't even be close. Skill-wise and in their development, most of his guys are going to play in the NFL. But at that time, when they're still in college, they're not ready for it. I used to say that -- don't kid yourself. It's not the receivers or the running backs; it's what would happen up front that would be tremendously shocking to a college team."
Tell that to the Colts Quentin Nelson, it's simply not like that. So many rookies star day one for a reason.
How did Lawrence Taylor do vs the NFL his rookie season? How about Tommy Nobis? How is Cowboys rookie Micah Parsons doing. how did Russell Wilson do as a rookie? Devin Hester?
Great athletes right out of college can excel at the game but, what Pete Carroll said is correct. NFL lines are much bigger, much faster, and much stronger than anything that the SEC can throw at 'Bama. I would also wish any collegiate QB the best of luck trying to evade an NFL pass rush or blitz. He would be on his backside nearly every down - 8 to 10 sacks, 20+ knockdowns. Even elite college quarterbacks would be hard pressed to simply get rid of the ball. College wideouts and corners would find coverage nearly impossible. Pro tight ends and running backs would be almost impossible to tackle.
It wouldn't even be close.

How did Trent Richardson, Solomon Thomas, Dwayne Haskins, Johnny Manziel, Vernon Gholston, John Ross, Reuben Foster, Lawrence Phillips, Chance Warmack, Mitchell Trubisky, Ryan Leaf, Josh Rosen, do in the NFL? For every one you can name, I have multiple who were busts. More than 50% of NFL first rounders are busts.

This is correct. Alabama would get their asses kicked. Bryce Young would be sacked on almost every play and struggle to complete any passes.

On offense, Jacksonville would run almost at will. To try and slow the running game down, Alabama would have to bring their LBs in close to the line, resulting in tight ends being wide open down the middle and running backs taking short passes and running at least 10 yards before a tackler would show up.
It's not as if Alabama won every game this year by 5 touchdowns. They've had some tight games with unranked teams and lost to #23, Texas A&M.

Bahahahahahaha!!!!!! The Crimson Tide got their asses spanked by Georgia. I love how these fools keep resurrecting these same threads every year.
Give Bama Meechie and Williams their WR's and they beat Georgia next Monday, what game were you watching?

The one where UGA made Alabama one dimensional. No rushing game and Young was running for his life from a overbearing pass rush.
Bama couldn’t even win with the refs giving them a freebie deep in Georgia territory.
Quit with the excuses. Bama got rolled tonight.

Dude, I saw the game, why the BS, how about some reality, ok? Bama was already missing Meechie their stud, so it was going to be Williams then he goes down, dude that hurt big time and only a fool wouldn't see that.
With Meechie and Williams Bama wins this game and it's real obvious.

Alabama failed to adjust their offense in the 2nd half. They kept throwing the ball to the sidelines all night long and the Georgia defense stomped them silly. Georgia played with a chip on their shoulder ever since they were embarrassed in the SEC title game a month ago. Bryce Young was being hounded by the best DL he ever faced in his life and it showed- he got schooled big time.
Bama got rolled- deal with it.
Dude, take any teams two best WR ;s off the team, now think just a little bit rookie, ok?
With Metchie and Williams Bama wins the game.

Even when they were both in the game, Alabama failed to score a TD. Bama couldn't run the ball at all and when your QB is throwing the ball on almost every play, their offense was beyond predictable. I give the BAMA OC, Bill O'Brian a big fat "F" for his godawful play calling. The Georgia D kicked Bama's ass all night long.
Hail to the Georgia Bulldogs!

Waah, waah, waah. The Georgia D had plenty of NFL talent on display tonight. You lost, deal with it.
Bama couldnt even run with Georgia - they were gifted a red-zone fumble to keep them in the game.
This thread is over.
Dude, Metchie didn't play in the game, ok?
Rookies, sheesh!!!!!!!!!!
Don't be stupid guy, you can't win in college missing your two top WR's, what are you 13?

Bryce Young couldn't handle Georgia's pass rush regsadless of his best WR's being out. He was flushed out of the pocket all night long, even if he had a Devonta Smith or a Jerry Jeudy it would not have helped.
Bama got rolled by the better team.
