Anybody who looks at these workouts and thinks they are way too difficult for full time pros trying to compete with the world's best knows little to nothing about elite marathoning. Excluding 40x400 (um, why?) This looks like the long run calendar of a 2:15 marathoner, not a group trying to put guys on an Olympic team; at least not one in North America.
