So the school has a greater responsibility than the parents? WOW talk about signing away personal accountability and responsibility to big brother!
So in the future we can look forward to - Parents neglecting kids and they starve to death and it becomes - 'the health department should have removed the child' and the parents get a pass. In reality parents have been charged in similar cases and again I hope this case sets a precedent for greater parental responsibility under the law.
Incredibly concerning to see how many gun deaths get written off as 'bad things' - this is a trend that is really only present in this country. Truly sad!
