Easy pace typically falls anywhere between 7:00-8:00 per mile for me. Might range between as much as 6:30 to 8:30 on hilly routes as I typically just shoot to keep the heart rate between 130 and 150 and disregard pace.

Almost the exact same PB and my easy pace is about the same.
I run by heart rate and consider easy runs 140-145 bpm and I’m 37. That’s usually somewhere between 7:45-8:00/mile. I don’t think I could touch sub 19:00 in 5k but have never tried. Biggest runs I put in are 7 milers at around 6:55 pace which is heart rate 155-160.
Masters runner 19.xx, easy pace 8:30-10:30.
In high school, 17:00, easy pace 7:30-8:30.
Half: 1:09, full: 2:28
easy all by effort and average 7:00-8:20 on easy days with the vas majority ending up between 7:20-7:40 average
6:50 4:27
Easy pace 8:30-9:00. Most runs I’m averaging 7:15-7:30.
PR - 36:33 10K, never ran many 5Ks since I went straight to the marathon once I started running seriously.
Right now, I’m probably a high 38:XX 10K shape. Working my way back.
16-18min/mile current easy pace coming back from calf injury after 1year. Trying to keep HR below 140bpm. Previous PB 23min 5k, 50 min 10k, 2:00:43 Half, 4:10 Full. M37
right now easy pace is pretty much right at 8:00. i monitor my HR and try to keep it around 140. sometimes it drifts up towards 150 depending on the day. i ran a 17:36 back in early october, then got a strained hamstring at the end of october so i've been working my way back from that. lifetime PRs are faster than that but i'm a chronically injured 32 year old now lol
To put it like this. 8:00 is my high end easy pace and I am pretty "tired" after running 7+ miles in that pace. Rhetorical question; is it a good traning strategy to come home a bit tired after easy miles?
4:11/8:24/15:00/31:03/1:08
7-8:30 pace at altitude/6-8 minute pace at sea level
Workouts are more important. On easy days I'm generally focused on heart rate and feel.
Depends. Dewpoint above 70 and it's around 7:15-7:20. Above 75 dewpoint and it's 7:30-7:45. Below 70 dewpoint and it hovers around 7:00.
