The one nice thing about being a person of color: not having to worry nearly as much about sun.

Probably much to do with the buzz cut. That's a fuzzy focus pic from pretty far away. Just imagine how rotten his internals are from prison food and disuse. Probably has terrible bone density unless he's keying on calcium + d + k and is hitting the weights daily.
I know the future version of you. He's nearly 60, I've known him for about the last 15 years. He works in IT, he's a training rat who obsesses over workouts yet still races well on occasion. He covers himself up in the sun and avoids all cold weather conditions. He's been single as long as I've known him and is too introverted and dorky for that to ever change.
Dudes. Take collagen.
Dudes, eat meat, fish and eggs. Dairy if it agrees with you. Get lots of sun and it's healthy vitamin D. Cut the carbs and oils. Run until you are pleasantly tired then STOP and enjoy your damn life.
I’m an identical twin. My twin doesn’t run and I have for the past 20 years or so. We look the same as far as age. I appear younger in photos because I have a smaller face and body. We are 35 though so not sure how the next 20 years will pan out for me but no I don’t care. Running makes me feel younger whether I look it or not. I also wear sunscreen, hat, glasses and run early which helps.
