Explain why I should GAF about a breakthrough infection. Isn’t that our basic endemic destiny? Why try to avoid the inevitable? Nobody else is getting vaxxed that hasn’t already, so the “waiting for vax numbers to rise” angle is bunk.
Because it's an enormous public health problem. Seems like a good reason. I'm just pointing out a simple fact.
You can call it whatever you want. But "vaccinated infections" were extremely rare just a few months ago. Now they are abundantly common.
It's quite the conundrum. Not offering a pre-baked solution. It's an incredibly frustrating problem for me, and not only because it has made work a living hell the past few weeks.
Perhaps that’s the limit to your intellectual abilities, pointing out simple facts. Poor segue, but I just read the other day that “knowledge of a fact is pale” it isn’t until you realize that fact that “it starts to take color.” It sounds to me like you should spend more time reflecting on the facts you have accumulated rather than simply pointing them out to yourself and others.
As for your reasoning, “it’s an enormous public health problem”, there could be no greater cop out; I’ll try to use “simple facts” to support my argument.
This isn’t the only public health problem.
As far as public health problems are concerned, corona doesn’t even come close to claiming as many lives or causing as many long term health maladies as other “enormous public health problems.”
Of all the “enormous public health problems” you’ve chosen to prioritize the one which receives the most media attention; a coincidence only a sheep-witted milksop like yourself can ignore. (Maybe that fact isn’t simple enough for you)
