Thinking about mileage up from 60 to 70, I basically have two options. Either I bump up the mileage of my easy runs (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday) 5 miles total. Or I could do a medium long run on Wednesday and add a double on one of the other days. My normal long run is 14, so the new Wednesday would be around 10-11.
