**Assuming all teams go balls out... for example Big Sky isn't up there if NAU holds out their top guys, ACC is lower if Notre Dame continues to not enjoy running despite being a cross country team.
This must be a men's list, obviously.
Why are WCC and Big 12 so high on your list?
Switch Big 10 and Big 12.
WCC - Gonzaga, BYU, and Portland's top 3-4 guys are all studs.
Big 12 - OSU, ISU, Texas all have great front runners
