Hi guys, I'm looking for a little bit of advice. I'm a long distance runner and recently got back the results from my body composition analysis (DEXA).
175 cm, 52.5 kg, 4.5% body fat.
I realise this isn't great and I really need to put on some weight. Looking at myself now I can see how skinny I am but before I had given it literally no thought! I didn't even own a set of scales!
I have read about 'bulking' and 'lean bulking' and was wondering how much weight I should put on and how quickly I should gain so I don't become fat.
Current training:
2 hours of aerobic training a day (mainly running but some swimming/elliptical/bike)
One strength and conditioning session a day (yes, I'm a student, I have lots of free time!!)
Any advice would be much appreciated:)
