Hi. I heard from the podcast that training is well known / figured out, and that might be contributing to faster times along with super shoes.
What resources do you recommend to create a training plan, or should I try to hire Rojo to coach me? What other coaches would you recommend that are taking mediocre athletes (~2:20-40 marathon)?
