Hi I’m a 15 year old 5km runner. Recent Pb of 17:54 on a hilly course. I’ve been tracking calories to maintain weight. I aim for 10 fruit and veg a day and eat as ‘clean’ as possible. however after recently being ill I’ve lost a kilogram, before this my weight was fairly stable around 55-56kg. Estimated body fat of 9.5%. How do I regain this weight without doing a ‘dirty bulk’ type of thing? Any suggestions would be amazing. Thank you.
