Can you recommend a good online coach in Europe?
Because of the time difference i would prefer someone in this continent.

Maybe Gjert Ingebrigtsen? He's almost as good as JS.
New Levels coaching in the UK,you will struggle to find better.
Hi. I recommend Luis del Aguila from Spain, his specialties are long and middle distance. He has a degree in biochemistry and a PhD in physiology in the USA. In addition, he has been an athlete, holding some national masters record, national masters championships and European masters championship in 10,000. He speaks English although the web is in Spanish.
Being a new user I can not leave a link to his website, but it is: www dot luisdelaguila dot com.

I leave his biography:
Luis del Aguila, Athlete
At the age of two he was already able to keep his balance on a two-wheeled bicycle. At the age of 6 he won his first road bicycle race, and at 13 he began to practice athletics under the guidance of Antonio Postigo, coach of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation. With 14 years he runs the 1.000 m in 2'44¨, and with 16 years he goes below 2'00¨ for the first time in 800 m.l. Neighbor of the neighborhood of Canillejas, in Madrid, cradle of great athletes like Fabián Roncero. He trains regularly in Arcentales and the Madrid Retiro. When he was 15 years old, he ran the San Silvestre Vallecana for the first time, in 1985, with only 300 athletes, at 8 p.m., on December 31, through the central streets of Madrid. He remembers the strange look of the passers-by, those same people who probably today fill the streets of the same race, 40,000 runners, but 30 years later. Paradoxes of life, but great satisfaction at the same time to see so many runners practicing this wonderful sport. At the age of 17, he decided to give priority to university studies first, and then a doctorate. Even so, he managed to run in 3'53¨ and 1'54¨ in 1.500 and 800 m.l., respectively.
Turning point
The big turning point came in 2009, at 39 years of age, with a stable professional life, and engaging in what he had wanted for many years, training with more intensity, and dedicating 10 sessions and 140 km per week to training. The results began to come, year after year, running in 31'40¨, 31'13¨, 30'37¨ and culminating with 30'09 in the 10,000 m.l. in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, respectively. He achieved a Spanish record in M40 category in 3,000 m.l. in 8'19¨00 with 42 years old, and 14'31¨83 in 5,000 m.l. Both marks in his favorite track, Los Corrales de Buelna, Cantabria. The year 2012 was magical, becoming European Champion 10,000 m.l. category M40. Spectacular trainings, enjoying like a child, day after day, in each of the trainings and with some great training partners. With a key person, Arturo Martin Tagarro, national coach, and with whom he remembers very intense moments and trainings, but full of passion.
