Back in the 1960s there were rock groups and bands who protested against the establishment, the Vietnam War, etc.
Why aren’t there any bands protesting masks, vaccine mandates, passports, etc. nowadays?
Any theories?

They are protesting actual issues like police brutality, abuse of undocumented people, and capitalist greed.
55 years ago "artists" cared about music and the message now they just care about money.
Because despite the whining you'll see on LR, the vast majority of people don't consider wearing a piece of cloth over their face or getting shots to be worth protesting. Being sent overseas to kill and die for no good reason is worth protesting. Getting a shot is something I stopped protesting by the time I was 6 years old.
Because they and their compatriot lefties ARE the establishment now.
The right is the counter-culture today.
Plenty of musicians protest perceived establishment ills such as pollution, climate change, greed, police brutality, and racism. As for the COVID-related stuff, many actually agree with vaccine mandates and vaccine passports for admission to shows.

In the 1960's early 70's the protests were mostly political regarding the war, the draft and civil rights. Today there's no war, no draft and civil rights for all. What's left to protest? Masks? No band is going to waste their time writing an anti-mask song.
