I am having a Twitter debate with a coaching org that is a big proponent of nose breathing.
For the effort, I don't see the benefit. But I am willing to listen. I did read some science that points to some possible small benefit if one is willing to really focus and spend a fair amount of time to do it.
At this time I am not sold at all on it.
Please no bro-science, only real science please or very real practical experience.
