hey i need help in order to break 2:00 for the 800 in teh spring
what should i do in the fall, winter, and spring in order to accomplish this? what type of workouts specifically should i do, and what type of long runs should i do?
can someone please give u an explanation as to what to do during the fall, winter, and spring and be specific about it?

pr 800 is 2:05 during last spring...did workouts such as repeat 200's 300's...did it off speed
