I'm veering from right to left when I'm walking on the sidewalk
Definitely a recent phenomenon , anyone had this happen ?

Yep. Sense of balance is off for some reason. Could be an ear infection or cancer.
One more possibility. Gay men do not walk straight. Have you been looking at the men differently?
How do you know you walked in a straight line before?
Most people don't, though they don't realize it. They amble and wander and meander, like a path in the wilderness. That's what humans evolved to walk on.
Whoever is walking straight lines is some kind of mutant freak of nature.

How do you know you are a pure bred human though? How do you know your ancient ancestors weren't a human/alien hybrid?
Even DNA testing everone won't solve the mystery.

But you have been drinking a lot, haven't you?
Do leg swings. Both legs, all directions.
I usually don't walk in a straight line either.
GOAT exercise. Full ROM hip workout, corrective stretching, requires neutral or positive pelvic tilt to be comfortable, and puts traction/pulls on the swing leg

How exactly do you know that? Are you saying you are veering back and forth or keep veering towards the left edge of the sidewalk involuntarily?
Altitude sickness after coming back down. Mini stroke.
It hard to walk in a straight line. The earth keep spinning on its axis. 🤷♂️
It could be central (ie cerebellar or other) or peripheral (ie radiculopathy or demyelinating or other) or vestibular or dehydration or electrolytes or ophthalmologic or drug induced or cardiac or orthopedic asymmetry. Going to go with psychogenic (ie delusional or conversion disorder) until further details of history, physical, any associated symptoms etc. are provided
ie Acquired Anomalous Trajectory Syndrome
"Parkinson’s disease (PD) can change the way a person walks."
But could be anything, so go and see a doctor (assuming you're not trolling of course, this is the LR forum after all).
Most likely ear fluid issue. Know several folks who have had this- there is a chiropractic move that can restore balance
It’s a learned behavior- you’re just cutting the tangents! Good job - you listened to your coaches. Nothing more to it.
