My official mile PR is around 4:51, but that was from 2 years ago. Almost all of last year I was injured. This xc season, I've run under 16 minutes for 3 miles, and I've always been better at the mile/3200 than anything longer. Recently in a workout I ran a 4:43 on a road. I had nobody to draft and was wearing normal trainers (ghost 13). What could I run on a track, in a race, right now? I'm thinking 4:35 or faster?
