Can everyone do that? is that just cause I am young and healthy, or does that perhaps indicate that I should chase 5k-10k more seriously?
It indicates pretty good speed/potential, especially if you didn't do anything faster than 5:15/mile. But it's not shocking for someone who can run a 2:25 marathon to run a 58 second 400m. 2:25 marathon usually means you can comfortably run in the mid to low 15's for 5k, which usually indicates at least a 4:30ish mile, if not below; which in turn usually indicates sub 60 400m speed.
It depends on how long you've been running, how much time you spent working on 1500/5k/10k times, and your history of speed training.
