Dang, I admit I don't closely follow their social media but didn't realize Sandi's sister died. Thats terrible.

Possibly owning a condo because it is more green, to offset his air travel that he gets roasted for. A house and requires less physical labor, most serious runners are loathe to lift a finger outside of their training.

Everyone always says how successful his YouTube channel is and how lucrative his sponsorship deals are and he still lives in an apartment?
This is horrible as I thought he was a success story.
The guy just loses his home in a fire and you take the opportunity to try to knock him down about his income? You're pathetic. Get some help.

When will we find out the cause of the fire?

What is wrong with people? People who own condos still have insurance. There aren't any SFDUs in Manhattan. Do you think no one there owns the place they live in or has insurance?

Good luck to all who used to live there!
I don’t think they can do that because of the zoning and the 55 foot height limit
Encampments allowed during Covid though

Not likely. Developers have been shifting away from office and retail space in favor of housing in recent years because it's too risky. High end-brick and mortar is struggling.

Owning a home does not necessarily correlate with financial success. Im a millionaire and I don't own a home. Theres a lot of broke people who own homes or have a mortgage on a house they live in. I've seen other rich people/millionaires living in apartments or condos or hotels. Happens all the time. You are an ignorant idiot.

He does have a degree from an Ivy League school. Much like Andy Bernard. Might need to move to Scranton. Mid level paper company is hiring.

Man the poor guy's condo burns down and he still can't catch a break. WTF is wrong with some of you people
The median home price in Boulder is 1.4 million. A one bedroom condo is in the $575k starting range. I was shopping there in August.
This sucks. I was hoping that Sage would become relevant this year. His running has been horrible for awhile and this has lead to his worst work on his YouTube stuff in a decade. Now this.
I will definitely donate to a gofundme

Utter garbage is getting posted on this thread. It's not funny. It's not clever. It's not insightful.
This runner, who participates and contributes advice on this forum, is homeless through absolutely no fault of his own, and people decide to post nonsense in response to his terrible fortune.
