The course is right on. Check all the Strava posts and the wheels of literally any coach there. Yes, super fast surface, but accurate. Both men's and women's races went out HOT, basically pacing some stud runners in there. You're telling me the winner, a 29:16 10K guy, can't run 1s/mile faster for 2k shorter on a nearly as fast surface in supershoes?

UMN golf course is hilly for a golf course. Grass for XC usually is wet & long, UMN golf course. Rarely does anyone set a p.b. on UMN course and rarely does anyone race a season best on UMN golf course.
Measure the 6K course if you have time please. Didn't a couple women race sub-20 6K on that course last weekend?
