Anyone wear merino wool gloves to run in the winter? I’ve see them advertised but it seems like they wouldn’t do well with sweat.

Yes, they work great 👍
Not exactly what you are asking, but for years my favorite pair of really cold weather winter running gloves were just fancy thick wool gloves that came a few inches up the arm. The kind of thing you’d wear with a long wool coat walking to a big dinner in Chicago in January. I wore them once when I couldn’t find my other gloves and got hooked.
Super warm and wicked sweat off my hands so they never felt clammy, which often happens in synthetic thick gloves.
I’m pretty sure it looked stupid though.
Why wouldn't wool be good with sweat? The main reasons it's popular for outdoor sports are that it insulates even when wet and that it doesn't support the growth of bacteria, so it doesn't smell even after repeated uses between washes.
Check out Icebreaker, Minus33, Smartwool. Look for gloves that are mostly merino, not ones that are like 50/50 synthetic. The synthetics increase durability and help them retain their shape without stretching, but if it isn't at least 80% wool, then you aren't going to enjoy the odor benefits.
If it's really cold then the best option is mittens. By keeping your fingers together, they feed off of each other's warmth and are much warmer even at lighter weights.
