The pics are great of him holding the baby but the guy needs to get back to work pronto. No one even knew he was on paternity leave and he began it back in August. Why did he not select a replacement?

Pete couldn't give a crap about his real job but he will take a leave from his paternity leave to attend a climate summit. What a clown. The only reason he got the job was because he met his "partner" at the train station.

A couple days before it was announced that Buttigieg had not been at work for two months, President Biden thanked Buttigieg for his hard work on the supply chain task force.
I'm no expert, but isn't a supply chain disruption more of a problem for the Commerce Department?

Who is the husband and who is the wife? Or can both men be the breastfeeding mother?
We all know that Republican women cannot hold manly jobs because they are known to get pregnant and stop working. And Republican men are not allowed to take paternity leave because MEN DON'T GET PREGNANT. Remote working to raising kids is a total joke. Stop this madness. Man up ’Merica...

The Trade Wars are still going on. China will bend over soon enough.

They are husbands.
Asking who is the husband and who is the wife is kind of silly. You might as well holler out "which one of y'all has boobies?" Well, uh, neither one has boobies. Because they are both men. A married man is called a husband. No boobies involved.
You may find it strange for there to be two husbands. As a man, I may not personally wish for myself to be a husband with a husband of my own But it works fine for plenty of folks, and it's perfectly legal as far as I know.
uhhh guys? wrote:

Two married husbands have a baby. Whose baby did they steal? 🤔

I would love to see that. LOL
That's wonderful that Pete Buttigieg is doing that.
The containers with all the sh!t for Christmas have to wait.
It's about time that things have to change here.
Have you heard of Zoom meetings? He can work just as many hours from home.
Aside from Buttegieg issues, paternity leave for men is a joke. If any of you guys took more than a few days off from work when your kids were born, you are part of the problem in America regarding America's increasingly poor attitude towards work.

Because the most important thing in life is work. Gotcha.
I'd prefer to see Buttegieg beating up lazy longshoremen to increase capacity at our ports, but I'll settle for him making zoom calls during his leave.
Paternity leave for a gay man adopting a child? what nonsense...

That's not what I said. I don't even think you can reasonably infer that's what I was saying or suggesting. That would be like me inferring from your snotty little post that you place no value on work at all. That wouldn't be a reasonable inference, although you may prove me wrong with any follow up posts.

Rofl. Some dude wants a few weeks off to bond with his baby and care for the recovering mother and you act like this is some crime against American work culture.
Remember, the Millenials driving these cultural changes at the workplace now are both the most educated and most productive generation of Americans workers yet. Pay attention and you may learn a thing or two :)
No surprise that Republicans are horrified by the idea of a father taking time to bond with his child. Republicans despise the family unit. Family gives purpose to life in a way menial labor never can, which is unacceptable to their big money, capitalist campaign donors. When people start demanding better for themselves and their families, the corporate-owned pawns are instructed to become hysterical. They love being cogs in the machine and resent anyone who attempts to stake out a life with actual meaning. And boy do they hate gay people, too!
