I'm 45 and just started running.
Knees were having issues so now I'm just walking until they strengthen up. In the meantime, I've gotten a pair of Tommie Copper Performance knee sleeves.
And when they work, they're great, but they keep slipping down.
I did the tape measure thing suggested on their website and even had to get a size smaller because the ones recommended by their sizing chart kept slipping even more.
My question: How do I keep these things from sliding down?
Also, is there maybe a better product/device that I can put on my knees that'll stay in place that won't cause $100+?
