What's your height and weight? What temperature was it? Come close to any PRs?

No PR. Didn't chew enough Run Gum before my effort.
Rungum board said they were going to fire him if he didn't lose the fat! Heard he has filed a lawsuit for 21mm. Seems to be the times....

Didn't he do that quest for sub-12 FAT not so long ago? And made it IIRC.
He's still quick. He clearly ran sub-12 in a 100m to close one of his races and win. Super talent.
Which is good but not the same as sub 12 FAT out of blocks. So in at least one way he improved after retiring, right? Now he's 25 flat self-timed. Learned to sprint and then forgot.
All I'm saying, and we all know it's true, is that if you keep doing even some fast running, you'll be able to run 200 in what you used to split in an 800, until you are old or very fat.

True, you got a point about that sprinting stint he did. It was actually sub 11 FAT goal lol, but he gave that up quickly it seems. Think he got to 11 mid and just quietly abandoned the goal and moved to more gimmicky, social-media friendly stuff that's bound to get more clicks/participation and build up his fan base. Of course, there is nothing wrong with that either.
Haha yes I know! I thought it was funny
Just saw his most recent video, where he pays 5000 to a runner that beats him in the 100.
They guy is super supportive of all runners that show up, and gets people excited about running, like the 10 yr old he raced. Unlike a lot of posters here bagging on people who can't break 16 for 5k.
He said Goes Home Devestated so you know he's lurking around here.
Good channel Nick, I like the track classic videos best, running against and cheering for runners if all speeds.
I remember when you wanted to grow interest in the sport by allowing alcohol and gambling at meets like horse racing. That would have been fun!
