What you are suggesting by just winging fat people haphazardly is both irresponsible and stupid and guaranteed to fail over the long term. You wouldn't prepare for a marathon and not measure and track your 5k, 10k, and marathon pace would you? So why get so offended when people telling to track what you put in your Pi hole?
