They didn't say it was a wet dream in their eyes. Reading comprehension matters.
Well duh. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, mate. Dunno how I managed to make it through life to this juncture without you.
The point I was making that seems to have flown over your head is that on a thread about a report of a 14-year-old girl being raped and sodomized, a male poster tried to discredit the story and throw shade on anyone who feels sympathy for the girl by portraying us as bigoted right-wing cranks and likening the whole saga to a sexual occurrence that happens to males at night involving involuntary ejaculation of semen from the penis.
Calling an extremely violent, horrific sex crime allegedly committed by a teenage boy on a girl of 14 and the controversy it has generated "a wet dream" struck me as a particularly vulgar, inappropriate expression of male sexism and contempt for the female victim. Even for Lets Run, it seemed a "low blow," so to speak.
Yes, rapes are a horrific crime and unfortunately they frequently occur. The only reason this one is singled out is because it allegedly involved a boy in a skirt, which makes it catnip for people that have been ranting about transgender females using public bathrooms.
Uhhh, no. It may seem the anger is just a smokescreen for some subvertive transphobia, when in reality is that this exact case is the precise reason people are against policies allowing males to use female bathrooms. The boy clearly wore the skirt as it would help him "hide" in plain sight, and allowing males to use female bathrooms would only make it easier for predators. The evidence for this is in the exact case we are talking about.
Apparently the kid was let out of juvey just to go rape another girl in the same school district, which is also why the case is making headlines - the school tried to cover everything up which ended up with another girl raped. But go on and lecture everybody else on morality while you downplay girls getting raped. Real woke of you.
