Forgive me if this is such a novice question, but...
I have decided to train according to this book, and I was aiming for 800/1500.
Now, the book gives training plans for 800 and 1500/3000 seperately.
For you who have read the book - is it possible to combine the training plans so it all melts together smoothly?
im sure you can do this, but then you are basically making up your own program.
without looking at the Daniels plans, i'd think you probably want to focus on the 1500/3k plan, but possibly substitue some T pace stuff with faster paced stuff that would be found in the 800 program.
I would follow the 800 plan. Is enough to do both events.
