I am a heavy hobby jogger at 170 pounds. My local running store put me in neutral shoes. They are comfortable, but I keep getting hurt! I have recurring problems with my Achilles tendons and hips.
I looked at my older shoes and I notice the wear pattern is consistently on the inside portion of the shoe. The middle and outside portion have considerably less wear. Should I consider stability shoes to even the wear and hopefully get hurt less? Does this matter at all? Curious if other neutral runners wear their shoes like this and do not get hurt.
