What’s the benefit of a single-piece running suit, the kind that say Van Niekerk, Bromell, Gatlin etc. often like to wear? I’ve only ever worn separate tops and bottoms. It seems airier and cooler with a floating top and a looser bottom.
What’s the situation down under? Do they come with liners or they just don’t need liners?
Is the only value to reduce aero drag, presumably a concern if at all only for the most elite? (Even so, I might get one for my hobbyjogger tush if feeling like retail therapy.)
