Should NCAA Student-Athletes be concerned about Human Rights or should we "just shut up and dribble"?

Please explain the human rights violations in Alabama? 🙄
LOL. The wokes will never feel safe!
What human rights are they talking about here by the way? Is it the human right to equal outcomes, the human right to murder children in the womb, or the human right to free stuff?

Just shut up and dribble, or do whatever is part of your athletic endeavor. You'll have bigger issues to deal with in a few years when the Chi-coms finish their long march in Washington, DC, or perhaps they already have.
If athletes don't want to compete in Alabama, for whatever the reason, then by all means boycott the meet. I bet most don't care and in my experience, the women I know in sport (liberal or not) are not keen on welcoming trans athletes to competition.
Personally, no, I don't think the NCAA should be compelled to move it (and I voted for Biden, but not for his policy on trans).
If the NCAA had to host competitions in states whose voting tendencies completely lined up with Democratic Party the would be limited to New England and California.

That's not really the issue. The NCAA does not have the option to ban transgender female athletes. No judge is going to be agreeable to rules that contradict those of just about every sport at any level.
The red states that banned transgender athletes are giving the middle finger to the NCAA and the NCAA will decide what, if anything, to do about it. If I'm the NCAA, I'm not going to take drastic action on behalf of people that don't even exist in those states. If a transgender athlete does show up at a college in one of those states, I'd let the courts hash it out.
