Right now I am in starting postseason for cross country about 4 weeks left My coach does not do that high of mileage, we peaked at about 40 mpw. Which isn't that much. So I am going to take like 2 weeks off after cross country then slowly build up from about 30 miles to like 65. I was hurt most of the time during track, I ran that 509 on an indoor track that was terrible then just got worse as the season went on because I was hurt. I ran that 1058 last weekend in a cross country meet. So If i dont get hurt and get my mileage up a lot what kind of pr's do you think I could have? I am a sophmore now btw
