The Streak 7 would be an interesting option because it has a very similar cushioning platform to the Streak LT4, but adds 4mm of cushioning under the heel so the shoe doesn't feel quite as flat. It's the traditional racing flat style so it should be more flexible than many of the higher cushion performance shoes currently on the market. You may be able to find a new one for under $100 on eBay or something.
The new adidas adizero Adios 6 is also $120 and has a little more cushioning than the Streak 7 throughout the entire midsole. The heel-to-toe drop is 8mm which is the same as the Streak 7 (I believe) so they shouldn't feel as flat as the 4mm Streak LT4. The Boston 9 is similar to the Adios 6 in terms of cushioning and drop, but uses boost instead of adidas's newer performance foams and can be found on sale for well below its MSRP of $120.
As Tugboat1980 said, nearly every brand will have a model that falls into the category you're looking at. The best move would be going into a run specialty store and seeing what feels the best when you get up to speed and provides a good lockdown.
