Looks like Chepngetich didn't like being passed late in London. Put a minute on Sara in the first 5K!
What the eff does one have to do with the other?

Chris Derrick women’s pacer?
Ruth going too fast early
They’re giving split times for the wheelchairs but not for the runners , this is terrible coverage.
Men in leotards dancing to disco music is what’s wrong with America.

I bought a monthly subscription to Flotrack last week to watch London because I thought I could also watch Chicago and Boston a week later. Now it's on NBCSN? Wtf?
Dude. Get a VPN.
I think this broadcast is for everyon even if you don't have NBCSN. It's the local broadcast so you'll have some interesting features but Tim Hutchings is on it.

Yes, set VPN to Canada or Australia for Flotrack.
So far we’ve seen way more footage of this and overweight aid station DJs than the women’s race. Ridiculous.
El Grandote needs to get on a fork to mouth restriction diet before it’s too late.
Rupp is done

It’s early but Rupp’s chances of winning are very close to zero.
Why?? Do tell.
Pictorial evidence of Ruth Chepngetich leading Chris Derrick.
She hit 5k in 15:37, which is 2:11 pace!

What VPN do you guys use?
So I set my alarm for 8:30 am ET. Got up 12 minutes late. Find it on tv and am thinking what could I have possibly missed?
Not much most likely. Oh wait, Rupp is dropped and Chris Derrick is losing to Chepngetich?
Pic of the day. How fast are the lead men going? Chepngetich is going crazy fast.
It's the opposite of what happened 20 years ago when I paced Ndereba to the world record. She ran each of the first 3 miles 20 seconds too slow. We were a minute behind at 5k.
Maybe Rupp is just being smart by not Stinsoning it.
Rupp is using the Bekele strategy from 2 weeks ago. Lead pack is way too hot.
That last shot on NBCSN really showed how windy it is out there. Surprised Rupp isn't trying to do some kind of drafting.
Wonder what wave Shalane started.

If you have NBCSN, it's a different elite broadcast. I'm watching both. I actually enjoyed the DJ segment on the local broadcast.
