In 2016 I ran a 1:21 half (my first year running). I got injured shortly after and spent a majority of the next 4.5 years not running much.
I started running again this spring and I'm back to 60MPW. Planning to run both a spring marathon and Chicago next year. Do you think I'd have a chance at either of them?
I'm hitting most of my workouts (Daniels), with I pace just under 6/mi and T at about 6:20. Though my endurance isn't great, as I've had to cut the last 2 M sections of my long runs short going ~6:45.
